This software is self-hosted. It runs entirely on your own computer or server, using your own email and WhatsApp accounts. Your customer contacts and message data are stored on your own machine. We do not host, receive, or have access to that data.
What the software itself sends us. The installed software sends only your license key, its version number, and a random installation ID to our license server, so it can check your license and offer you updates. It never sends your contacts, messages, or any customer data.
What the website collects. When you buy the software or make an enquiry, we collect your name, email, and phone number, needed to process your order and get in touch with you. We never see your card or bank details; payments are processed by Cashfree, and card/bank information goes directly to them, not to us.
Lead capture / checklist signups. If you submit the free setup checklist form on the product page, we store your name, email, WhatsApp number, and consent so we can send the checklist and occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Support. If you contact us for support, we may keep a record of that conversation to help resolve your issue.
Third parties. We don't sell your information. Payment is processed by Cashfree under their own privacy terms; if you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.
