7-day refund. If the software doesn't install or run on your computer, and we're unable to fix it together within 7 days of your purchase, you're entitled to a refund.
Payment gateway charges. Our payment processor Cashfree's own charges (up to 5% of the amount paid) are deducted from any refund. This is a cost charged by the gateway, not kept by us.
Setup fee is non-refundable once used. If you bought App + Setup and the live setup session has already taken place, the ₹2,000 setup portion is non-refundable, even if the rest of the purchase is refunded.
Refunded license keys are deactivated. Once a refund is issued, the license key for that purchase stops working.
How refunds are processed. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method.
Outside the 7-day window. We generally don't offer refunds once the software is confirmed working on your system and the 7-day window has passed. The one-time price reflects that this is a complete, working product, not a trial.
