Seller. This software is sold by Suraj Deshmukh (individual, not GST-registered: no GST is charged).
License. Your purchase licenses the software to 1 business, installed on one computer or server at a time. You can move the installation to a different machine any time. You may connect multiple WhatsApp numbers or email senders for that one business. A different business, including an agency managing a separate client, needs its own license. You may not resell, share, or sublicense your license key.
What's included. App Only includes 30 days of email/WhatsApp support and 1 year of software updates. App + Setup additionally includes one live screen-share session (up to ~2 hours) to install and connect your email and WhatsApp.
After year 1. The purchase includes 1 year of software updates. The software continues to work after that period, with no further payment required. An optional updates renewal (currently ₹1,000 per year) gets you 1 more year of updates plus 30 days of email support.
Your own accounts. The software connects to third-party services you control: your email provider (e.g. Resend, Gmail, Amazon SES) and your Meta WhatsApp Business account. You pay those providers directly. You're responsible for following their rules, and for messaging only people who agreed to receive messages from you. No spam, and no purchased or scraped contact lists.
Payment. Payments are processed by Cashfree. Prices are in INR.
No GST. Prices shown do not include GST (the seller is not GST-registered); you receive a payment receipt, not a GST invoice.
As-is. The software is provided as-is. We aim to fix genuine bugs during your support/update period, but don't guarantee defect-free operation across every possible computer configuration.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost business or lost messages) arising from your use of the software.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in .
